Meet The Team
Victoria Lim
Victoria has been dedicated in the Early Years field for over a decade as an educator, college instructor, and a childcare center program director. She has always been passionate about providing a safe environment for children to explore their authentic selves and support their healthy brain development. As a child care center program director, she recognizes the importance of the quality of staff management/training and healthy partnerships with the families to create a conducive environment for young children to thrive. In the hopes of creating meaningful and high quality child care programs around the world, she decided to step into the journey of sharing her passion and experiences with everyone through Evolving Minds ECE.
Alisha Inch
Alisha has been an ECE educator for over 25 years. In 2000, she moved to Romania where she lived and worked with orphaned children for 8 years. After returning to Canada, she began teaching preschool, opened her own center, presenting workshops and being a college instructor. Her passion and heart has always been bent towards children; to get lost with them, dream alongside them and to foster imagination and creativity in a way that never leaves them. She hopes to share that passion with her fellow ECE's through Evolving Minds ECE!
